Sally Marsolais

Sally and her family moved to Morden about 20 years ago. Sally is a strong advocate and seeks to contribute toward making Morden a safe and welcoming place for all. She works as a social worker and loves spending time with her family and especially her cat. 

Somnath Naha

Since 2018, Somnath has called the city of Morden home, where he resides with his family.

Before moving to Morden, he lived and worked in several countries in the Latin America region for over 17 years, although he is originally from India.

Somnath is passionate about volunteering and helping people and the community. He also enjoys traveling, learning languages, spending time with his family, reading, running and hiking.

Lawanda Friesen

Lawanda has lived in the Morden area her entire life.  

She volunteered with the Many Hands Voucher Program and appreciated the impact Many Hands has in making a difference in our community.  

“I decided to join the Many Hands Board to be part of the vision they have for supporting and building a stronger community through many different programs that are offered”. 

Lawanda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, camping and also volunteering with other organizations.

Dyane Wiens

Dyane grew up in the Manitou area but have been living in Morden for over 16 years with her husband and 2 children. 

“My involvement with Many Hands began when they became involved with the food bank. As a volunteer myself, I have come to appreciate the work they do in the community and look forward to continuing to support them in this role.

For our current volunteers, I look forward to working with all of you!  To those who are interested in volunteering, I look forward to meeting you! ”

Aleah Toews

Aleah and her husband moved to Morden in 2022. She appreciates how friendly and community minded the people of Morden are.

Aleah loves working with the volunteers of Many Hands and getting to know the community. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and walking her dog Cronus.
